Thank you for your inquiry about your organization’s funding eligibility. If you are a first time applicant, please review our priorities page (here) in order to confirm your eligibility.

If you recently completed a grant cycle:

You are eligible to reapply for funding when (1) all grant funds have been expensed, (2) your final grant report has been submitted, and (3) it has been twelve or more months since your last grant payment. If you are still unsure, please complete the form below and we’ll verify your eligibility as quickly as possible.

If your last proposal was declined:

If your last Sunflower, Rose, or Daffodil proposal was declined, please complete the form below and we will gladly remind you of your eligible return date. Keep in mind that return periods for organizations with declined proposals are usually 12-18 months. If you were declined funding from the Capital or Zinnia programs, these do not impact your eligibility for Sunflower, Rose, or Daffodil funding.
