How do we reserve space?

As the space is used regularly by Foundation staff and Board of Trustees, availability is somewhat limited. Generally, we hope to host 2-3 partners each month. With the option to book no more than six (6) months in advance.

Generally, we consider requests on a first-come, first-serve basis.

To reserve space:

  1. Complete the Interest Form below detailing who is requesting the space, the anticipated or desired use, and approximate dates or times. The more dates and times listed, the more likely we will be able to accommodate your request. After we review your interest form, we will have you complete a brief questionnaire to learn more about your program.

  2. Complete Visitation Questionnaire which helps to ensure the space is set up to your liking, with the appropriate accommodations, technology, and space design in place for your arrival. After submitting, we’ll schedule a meeting with you.

  3. Meet briefly with MLCF host to talk through availability, share further details about your gathering, and talk through any questions. At this time, we will also provide instructions for listing MLCF as an additionally insured party and have you complete a brief ‘Space Use Agreement.’

  4. Show up and enjoy! We will provide signage to direct your guests into our building, with indicators of where to park, enter, etc.
