Accessibility & Accommodations

for Virtual Meeting Spaces

We are committed to making our meetings and information sessions accessible and inclusive. We encourage participants to request accommodations needed for full and meaningful participation, and we plan proactively to support access whenever possible.

All meetings are held via Zoom. With sufficient notice, we provide reasonable accommodations such as spoken language interpretation, ASL interpretation, and live captioning. Submitting a request helps us plan responsibly and deliver access that is timely and effective.

Scope & Planning

Meetings and information sessions are conducted via Zoom. Accommodations are provided within the capabilities of a virtual meeting platform.

To ensure we can arrange high-quality accommodations, we strongly encourage requests to be submitted at least 5 business days in advance of the meeting. Requests submitted later will still be reviewed and addressed whenever possible.

We make good-faith efforts to provide reasonable accommodations that support participation. If a requested accommodation cannot be provided as submitted, we will communicate promptly and work with the requester to identify an effective alternative when possible.
